Glass Atlas

From Reykjavík, Iceland

Cinematic alternative rock with post-rock builds and grimy 90s alt energy. Big atmosphere, delayed guitars, bass lines that crawl, and drums that start restrained then explode. Think: if Radiohead, Queens of the Stone Age, and early Muse got locked in a planetarium at 2am.

They met in Reykjavík's tiny winter music scene. Einar and Rúnar were jamming in a freezing rehearsal space above a fish warehouse. Mara answered a handwritten ad for a guitarist “comfortable with silence.” Tom showed up because he misread the address and stayed because it felt right. Lia came later, after redesigning one of their posters and quietly reshaping the bands identity.
