Theo Maren learned to make beats in a cramped bedroom studio, teaching himself to splice cracked vinyl samples and program rattling 808s between night shifts. He began releasing late-night tapes and anonymous uploads that slowly built a devoted underground following, turning those late-hour experiments into a solo career. Over the years he refined a cinematic, lo-fi approach that brought his nocturnal vision to wider audiences without losing its DIY grit.
